Although new to the market, we bring extensive infrastructure experience from both consulting for clients and performing roles as the principal for local and state-level government organisations.
We specialise in delivering quality outcomes for our clients by offering strategic project planning, contract evaluation, formulation & administration, advanced project controls support, and enhanced project & program reporting for cost and schedule management across the full project lifecycle.
The three directors of K2MP, who have established trust through their previous collaborations on major infrastructure projects, collectively offer over 75 years of experience. Their expertise stems from successfully delivering projects for private industry and various government departments and organisations, including Brisbane City Council, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, Queensland Reconstruction Authority, Queensland Rail, The Victorian State Government, and Transport for NSW.
